A quick update from LP. We are half way through our last intensity camp of the season which also coincides with our last junior camp as well. Joining the big boys are juniors from RMD, CEN, and EST. It is quite a sight to see 20 guys rollerskiing down the road. We have to send a special thanks to Jay Rand at Whiteface for allowing us to use the toll road everyday so we don't have to worry about traffic. It is a perfect place for intervals.
Everyone is working hard and making progress. We are looking forward to snow and getting the season started.
